     This week, we’re highlighting the BCG x GRC Mentorship Program.Wait, but what is the BCG Mentorship Program?Now in its second year, this program connects GRC project teams with consultants from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) who provide weekly guidance on their projects. The goal is to enhance the quality of deliverables for our clients while also developing the skills of GRC members.How does it work?This year, eight BCG consultants have been paired with eight GRC projects across our European branches. Each week, teams hold 1-hour video calls with their assigned BCG mentor. These sessions help refine deliverables, improve document and slide structuring, and enhance research methodologies.Will the program expand to other branches?Yes!
